A super-quick double-nut pesto recipe – perfect for making a powerful pesto for topping on your pizzas.
– Handful of pine nuts
– Handful of walnuts
– 2 Tbsp olive oil
– Juice of 1 lemon
– Large bunch of basil
– 3/4 cup of parmesan
– 2 cloves of garlic
– Salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a food processor, and blend together.
Add more oil if necessary to achieve the right consistency.
